I liked the energy of cooking, the action, the camaraderie. I often compare the kitchen to sports and compare the chef to a coach. There are a lot of similarities to it. ---Todd English
After a tiring day of tennis training followed by a quick groceries shopping trip otw home... im back in the kitchen!
Usually when i go for gorceries shopping i will just pick up whatever i feel like eating and make a dish out of it. Else, i would consider what i have at home n then buy some ingredients to compliment it. And curry is so damn easy to make...
Saute the onions. Sprinkle some salt because
1. to season
2. salt helps to draw water and dissolved sugars out of the onion’s cells.
so ur onions can cook more easily, and it will be more flavourful!
add the rest of the ingredients u bought. You can easily customized the ingredients to ur liking!
Then pour in a can of beer.
Add the curry cubes n let it simmer..
If u wan to include edamame, boil it seperatly n add it in when you're about to serve it.
Eeasy-peasy rite!? NOMNOM.
