Read this quote from a recipe book yesterday in the library, and I'm so jealous of the author!!! I haven't found the perfect chocolate for my brownies nor have I found my perfect man...

So I have been searching for the perfect chocolate for my brownies, and I need to tell y'all that I have had so much trial and error with chocolates, I couldn't even start counting them. If you went shopping for groceries with me, you would be listening to my endless stories of different baking disasters with almost all the brands of chocolates found in regular grocery stores.



Went to Poon Huat today, I love talking to the store keeper cauz he has so much knowledge with baking ingredients, he introduced me to a type of chocolate suitable for making brownies. I was really excited, so I gathered my ingredients and headed home to make these heavenly little cubes of goodness.
